EvanSTEM
EvanSTEM is a public-private partnership project housed within District 65 with the goal of creating an Evanston ecosystem of STEM educators, program providers, industry leaders and professionals to increase underrepresented student success in STEM programs, courses and ultimately careers.
EvanSTEM's MISSION is to coordinate partnerships and programs to build relationships with underrepresented students along STEM pathways to and through high school into college and career.
NU OCEP
Northwestern University Office of Community and Education Partnerships works to bridge the research, practice, and service missions of the School of Education and Social Policy (SESP) and Northwestern University to create initiatives and partnerships that positively impact our home communities of Evanston and Chicago, but that can be shared and scaled far beyond.
OCEP partners with faculty, students, colleges, departments, and centers from across the university. OCEP also supports Neighborhood and Community Relations at the university.

Golden Apple Foundation
Golden Apple prepares highly-effective teachers for rural, suburban and urban schools-of-need in Illinois. Through our Scholars Program, we are committed to making a material difference in resolving the Illinois teacher shortage by recruiting, preparing, placing, mentoring and retaining high-quality teachers in schools throughout Illinois.

Youth Opportunity United ~ y.o.u
Y.O.U. serves over 1,600 youth and reaches over 4,000 family members each year through afterschool and summer learning programs, clinical counseling, street outreach, and family engagement. These services have a powerful, positive impact on youth’s academic, social, and emotional growth and development.
Evanston/skokie school district 65
Situated on the shores of Lake Michigan and just north of Chicago, District 65 serves approximately 8,000 students in pre-k through eighth grade. In partnership with our educators, families, and community, our school district focuses on racial and educational equity, academic growth, and the social/emotional wellbeing of every child.
